Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant opened its doors early in 2009 bringing high-end subcontinental cuisine to Canberra's city centre. Since then Blu Ginger have quickly established themselves as purveyors of authentic Indian dishes impeccably presented in a modern a la carte style.

To coincide with the opening of the Canberra restaurant and the refurbishment of the Sydney space (in McMahons Point Sydney, trading since 2000) Blu Ginger have launched their brand new website, bluginger.com.au which, aside from being very pretty, is full of useful information and functionality.
